The Fredenstein F606 is a high-performance 2-channel unbalanced-to-balanced audio converter with variable gain. It includes independent polarity reverse switches for each side, plus an LED clipping indicator. The F606 is intended for use with Fredenstein's Bento racks, which feature two inputs per slot to support stereo modules. Whether you're working with hi-fi equipment, analog output from a computer, or other signals which are typically 10-to-20dB lower in level than what your mixer wants to see, a conversion device with fixed gain is not optimal.
