One octave keyboard + transpose

4 options selectable by holding octup + octdn + „an tone button with label“ together for more than 6s:

1. octave delay – if switched on, it changes octave only if an note button is active:
   if you´ll change octave while holding an note button it changes octave immediately,
   if you´ll change octave with no button active, new note will be played in transposed octave (1 or 2 octaves up/down)

2. octave gate – if switched on, it makes gate output active while holding an octave button too

3. octave temporary - it makes transposition of one octave up/down only if appropriate octave button is active,
   keyboard is in mid position if no octave button is pressed (2-3V range, oct down is then 1-2V, oct up 3-4V)

4. priority - high/low note priority setting

All functions can be triggered/gated from K-011 „Trig to keyboard“ extension module
