Bought this one brand new about a year ago. Used it for some techno sets. It was fun! Fully functional, like new.The Numeric Repetitor from Noise Engineering is a rhythmic generator derived from binary arithmetic to create its patterns. The module outputs GATE triggers based on its initial primary rhythm and then extrapolates that pattern, by treating it as a binary number and then subsequently multiplying it. The module holds two banks of primary rhythms with each bank holding 16 rhythms each. These patterns are controlled by four knobs that can be manipulated either physically or through CV.The changing of these knobs manipulates your pattern based on the aforementioned algorithm—this gives you an incredible degree of variable control in your rhythm creation. That is perfect for the creation of shifting and drifting patterns that will ratchet straight into the one of your sequence. The Set switch selects between the modules two patterns, and the beat input behaves as a clocking tool that advances time on rising edges and smashes all gates back to zero on falling ones. Finally, the Prime and Product outputs emit gates that allow the sequencer to be synced with other instruments in your greater production environment. The 2019 edition of the Numeric Repetitor comes in a stylish black panel that adds a touch of class into your system!Numeric Repetitor Features32 core rhythmic patternsPatterns selected through the SET switchMeasure and RST inputs for reseting the rhythm cycle and pausing
