Playable linear feedback shift register with several taps and a DAC
A Deceptively simple module that can become the beating heart of a voice. An 8 stage shift register that gets it's data from 2 XOR inputs (A,B), allowing for complex patterns using only 8 bits. Several bits of the the register have their own output and the first 4 bits are used to generate a stepped CV on the DAC output. By patching the module back on itself you can generate loops. The switch is used to manually add/remove bits or lock into and out of loops.
It’s functions can be extended using whatever you might have in your system. With the help of an attenuator or mixer it can easily be turned into a rungler or a klee sequencer.
