Octal Voltage Controlled Switch - OVCS

The OVCS is a eurorack format module consisting of 8 gate or capacitive touch controlled analog switches.

The OVCS is a Eurorack format module consisting of 8 gate or capacitive touch controlled analog switches. The top 4 switches are latching type while the bottom 4 are momentary type. Gate input requires just 2V for a threshold. Switch points generate an 8V gate signal on the active gate output. Switch outputs are capable of passing bipolar signals up to +/- 10V with an LED showing the active stage. Switches are bidirectional making 1 > 2 and 2 > 1 patching possible.

The capacitive switch buttons are self calibrating upon power up ensuring proper operation with no user calibration.

Jumpers are used on the backside of the module to select if the +5v source is coming from the power bus or generated internally on the module.
