Hacked Gain / EQ module

BUM aka Behringer Utility Module is a single channel preamp / EQ stage of a Behringer VMX100 dj mixer hacked into a eurorack module.

The module has two channels which both are controlled simultaneously by shared Volume / Bass / Treble knobs. These parameters can be either cut or boosted, and for the EQs the range is from -32dB to +12dB. Channel 2 input is normalled to Channel 1 output, so if no external signal is patched to Channel 2, then it's output will be "double" the output of Channel 1. Running the module in this 'chained' mode, you might also get some kind of overdrive distortion.

Panel is 6HP wide and is cut from the Behringer VMX100 front panel.
