Slew Limiter and Rectifier w/Inverting Outputs

Takes a standard slew circuit with fast/slow and response switches and feeds them into the rectifier circuit from Mutable Instruments' Kinks, onto which it adds inverting outputs to the half- and fully-rectified outputs. A switch can turn the slew on or off. Linear response recommended for accurate v/o tracking
