Valence is a programmable sequential voltage source with more than 500 steps. Each step is stored in memory as a voltage in the range 0-5v with 12 bit resolution, and each can be set to output a gate and/or begin a smooth transition to the next step when triggered. Step voltages are entered via a front panel knob or a CV input and optionally quantized to a variety of scales.
