Synthola +8 steps

Additional 8 steps for the Synthola sequencer

Adds an additional 8 steps to the included 8 in the main synthola module.

The control module handles 16 steps and an 8 step CV board is included. This additional 8 step CV board can be added.

Review the main module elsewhere. This provides:
- Analog control of step voltage with switchable step and indicators for step on/off and step active;
- Integral speed control, external clock input and clock output;
- Configurable action at selected step: Restart, reverse, stop, ignore or random;
- Random mode plays random step between one and any selected step;
- Stepping mode, Forward, Back, Reset;
- External start and re-trigger;
- Gate and trigger outputs;
- High or low range selectable without altering VCOs;
