Here's a nice, simple 3-channel passive mixer that fits inside 2HP - plonk one somewhere in your signal chain and fill that irritating gap in your case while you're at it. Inputs are DC coupled - since this is a passive mixer it will quite happily handle both audio level and CV signals.

That being said, if you're mixing CVs you may find it beneficial to buffer the inputs beforehand, particularly if you're feeding them into a VCO.

Supplied with a 2HP panel made from 1.6mm FR4 (aka PCB material)

Mounting hardware is also provided.
