Since 1989, Reinhold Bogner’s compelling, respected and sought-after tube amplifiers have graced the stages and studios of elite players throughout the world. Based on his legendary Ecstasy and Uberschall amplifiers, the new hand-built Ecstasy red, Ecstasy blue and Uberschall pedals represent the culmination of Reinhold’s sonic skill and creative vision. Each pedal delivers Bogner’s signature amp tone, plus a galaxy of new and inspiring sounds. Bogner for your pedal board is finally here and your tone will never be the same!

Reinhold designed each pedal with discrete Class A gain stages and with no op-amps or diode clipping, mirroring the circuitry of their respective amplifiers. This revolutionary approach provides clarity, touch sensitivity and note separation never before achieved in overdrive/distortion pedals.

Each pedal is powered by a standard 9V battery or 9VDC power supply. Reinhold’s advanced circuitry internally elevates the voltage a substantially higher level. This higher voltage provides a greater dynamic range which closely resembles the feel of Bogner’s legendary tube amp designs.

Bogner pedals are built in Los Angeles, CA using premium components including: Double sided gold plated circuit boards and relays, German WIMA capacitors, Japanese Nichicon capacitors, Carling switches and more...

The Ecstasy amplifier was born in 1992 and decades later Bogner is still hand building each amp, one at a time, right here in Los Angeles, California. The Ecstasy blue pedal captures the classic blue channel tone of this legendary amplifier, acclaimed for its ability to deliver iconic and classic rock-n-roll crunch. Everyone knows that blue delivers stunning Plexi tones, but when the going gets rough, make no mistake - blue can crush on demand.
