This is an eight-input, eight output module designed for the needs of experimental audio installations where there the performer wishes to use ceiling and floor-mounted quad systems, or even shift audio between two independent quad rooms. Each audio input is assigned to an output, and the x, y, and z inputs for each channel will move the audio in space away from its origin. We are also planning to have a mode where the audio can be located within an octagonal surround setup, and to have balanced outputs available on the rear panel for direct connection to powered speakers.
As this module is still in the design stage we anticipate availability in 2020.
