I would pick the disting MK4 which include all these functions... :-)
Seriously it's hard to pick just one since they all do different things.
Utilities modules I use the most are :
Attenuveter/Offset module (O/A/x2)
Quantizer (Scale)
Noises (Quantum Rainbow 2)
Sample and hold (Kinks)
Logic (Min/Max) (Kinks)
Summing Mixer (333)
