Sorry you're having problems, Magicaxeman. I had a similar thing whereby the rail in question wasn't quite "square" - it was bolted in at a slight angle. Loosening the screws at either end then rotating it around a bit then tightening the screws again fixed the issue. Hope that makes sense, and good luck :)
