This Rat does not stink!!!The Proco Rat is a well-known staple of many pedalboards, and the original is still available and very well-priced. If you're interested in the sound, you might be best off buying the original.That said, the circuit is long-established, and there's masses of clones and derivatives out there. The Mooer Black Secret seems to be the best regarded of the budget clones but most of the reviewers I rate seem to agree that the Rat is a pedal that lots of manufacturers get right. The Donner Dark Mouse Mini pedal seems to nail it too.The pedal itself is very well built. I have some other DOnner products and have always found them to be well quality-controlled. The pedal is immaculate, and the finish is a very nice micro-hammered metallic black (which hasn't come out that well in the pictures which don't do it justice). All the fittings seem decent quality, and I like that it has a top-mounted power lead socket (unlike my Mosky Silver Horse which has a side-mounted socket which is often quite awkward).Two (2) line cables and Fender Picks include.Pedal has original box and is in Excellent Condition.JAM
