This old 70’s Mu-tron came to us with a kinda of light phasing sound. Turns out the LED needed replacing. Now it is at full strength. Watch the video. I found that while doing this demo I was able to stop the rate if I put the rate knob around 3 1/2. I think this is probably a glitch but very useful in that stopping the rate allows you to use the pedal as a neat eq pedal, like the phasor a in old Peavey amps. Putting the rate knob at zero does not stop the rate so it is not something that is acceptable in other mutrons.Fun pedal and great sounds!
