Overall, good condition. You have to be somewhat ginger with the encoder knob, you can't turn it too quickly. Otherwise, it functions perfectly, great clock source. Some people have reported noise from OLD Pam's, I have never noticed any noise from mine powered from both a Doepfer PSU2 and an Intellijel TPS30W.
