This is a DIY Barton Musical Circuits 4 x Decay Module. Four channels produce linear decays (the "D" in ASDR) on the rising edge of a trigger or gate, with adjustable decay time. I'm the second owner; the builder claims to have "built hundreds of modules so this has been built well and with care." Needless to say, it works great.
