Dreadbox Dysphonia. Pretty much a complete synth setup in a single module including MIDI, Multi-Output oscillator, modulation, filter, VCAs, envelope generator. a mixer, and effects. I bought this unit directly from Dreadbox and assembled it myself. It is in great shape.I do not have the original packaging or accessories. You'll get the module exactly as pictured, a power cable, and some screws.
