Module is available as a DIY project only.

This Module is a prototype or in a concept phase.

The RiDrum TK-01 is a total new designed kickdrum synthesizer, it is not a clone or copy from another drum computer or synth but it is inspired on old analogue (drum)circuits.

The sounds is somewhere between an 808 and 909, it has the booming tail of the 808 and the punch of the 909 and all the controls you need for shaping, Depth and Decay on the pitch envelope and a Tune that only effects the tail for easier shaping, the tune is also controllable with CV input with 1V/octave scale and is switchable between tail/tune only or on the envelop/whole kick.

The click has also a Tune and a Waveshape that goes from sine to square to triangle, and the tune is also controllable with CV input.

The VCA has Release and a Sustain control inspired on the 909 “sustain”, the 909 VCA envelope has a fixed sustain time before the release time starts and this is simulated with the sustain parameter and with this parameter you can adjust the sustain time, the release is inspired on the 808 and has an adjustable release time to about 4 seconds.

The VCA has also a CV input with an 1V per 6dB scaling and has a very low noise.

The module has 3 triggering options, normal 1 shot, sustain mode, the kick tail stays in sustain as long as the trigger is on or high and release mode, the kick has a longer release time as long as the trigger is on or high.
