Ring Modulator
"real" Ring modulator, with optional pre-amps and squelch, based on the original Moog/Bode 6401
The core ring modulator circuit is passive, using diodes and transformers.
There are various build options:
- “passive” ring modulator only
- As above, with an added CP3 based mixer to boost the output level
- As above, but with additional sockets to mix the carrier and modular signals into the output
- With input preamps and squelch.
- As above, but again with additional sockets to mix the carrier and modulator into the output.
