Frigg is a two band parametric EQ with a High pass filter for the eurorack format with a very useful feature set:
The High pass is a passive 6dB/oct design with frequencies at 80, 200 and 400hz. Great for cleaning up deep subs and rumble.
The High band is bell shaped and has +/- 12 db of gain. The gain potentiometer is of the center detented variety, which lets you center in on zero gain with ease.
Frequency selection is on a rotary switch with 8 steps from 900Hz to 6.5kHz.
The low band has +/- 12 db gain as well, also with a center detented potentiometer.
Frequency selection is on a rotary switch with 8 steps from 120Hz to 900Hz.
In addition, the low band has a switch to select between shelf or bell operation.
We have chosen high quality components including potentiometers and switches from Alpha, very nice film capacitors from Wima and high quality opamps from TI.
This module has Reverse polarity power protection.
