Dual signal transmutator
First of all, it features two unipolar VCAs with separate normal and inverted outputs, two polarizers / bipolar VCAs that can be used as ring modulators, and two -5V to +5V variable offset voltages that are summed with their respective channel's bipolar VCA signals and can be used on their own if no input is present.
X and Y channel's sums of bipolar signals + offset are then feeded to four circuits:
an AND analog logic gate that outputs the minimum of the two signals,
an OR analog logic gate that outputs the maximum of the two signals,
a MOD function that represents the mathematical modulo operation as a waveshaper, with both channels affecting different parts of this circuit,
a SHIFT waveshaper that was originally designed to pitch-shift sawtooth waves up an octave, but that can do very interesting wave-mangling to all kinds of signals.
Those are just the building blocks, the limits of what SIGNOS can do are completely up to you, via highly encouraged self-patching, combination with other modules, etc.
As all of our modules, it features reverse-polarity power protection.
