4 Voice Drum with CV Pitch
This is a host PCB for the uLM1, uPOPS and u808 8-pin DIP ICs that fits a 4HP eurorack module. There is no standard panel so this is a custom laser cut acrylic panel.
The designers' website in Sweeden is gone (dspsynth.eu) but the PCBs are still available at time of writing.
