Dual Passive Strikeable Linkable LPG / VCA

oiO is a passive dual channel low pass gate and vca. Functions include:
- Strike inputs (generating decay envelope from gates)
- CV in/out
- tight LPG (o), VCA (i) and mild LPG (O) modes
- link function links both channels strike inputs and CV in/out
- strike decay envelope can be patched out through the CV in/out (perfect for filter pinging)
- minimal bleed vactrols (GL5547 LDR-based)
