Remote control for analog open reel or cassette tape deck.
Transport control for your analog reel-to-reel or cassette tape deck. With CV, Gate or MIDI input you can send PLAY, REW, FFWD, STOP, PSE or REC commands to control your tape machine. Use it for echo, reverb, recordings, inserts and all other real Morphogene effects or sample player. Buttons or +5V Gate or CV trigger the commands. MIDI Note or CC commands can be used as well and tape counter info (if available) can be used to control VCA, LFO or other modules, just as CV out can. The digital counter can either show tape count or time (according to your deck's possibilities).
The T-rack system consists of the modular unit and the front-end unit, connecting your tape recorder. The latter is different to match the brand and type of machine. Tape decks should have a remote control connector.
