PT2399 delay with vactrol Time control

A delay module based on the popular PT2399 chip. Some tweaks mean it can produce nice, clean delays as well as the typical audio-destruction with noise artifacts and infernal feedback drones,
by careful adjustment of Effect level, Feedback and 'DSTRCT' 1 &2' levels. The vactrol control can çhoke' the feedback in overdrive mode, and produces nice modulations in speed when driven by a CV-sequencer, LFO, envelope or other sources.
