stereo wav player

dual mono wav player built around teensy 3.1 (cortex-M4).

• pmc5102a stereo audio codec
• 16bit/44.1k sample rate
• 32x128 oled display
• micro sd card socket, 16 MByte SPI flash memory (optional, for reduced audio latency)
• reprogrammable / compatible with PJRC audio library

inputs (for L/R channel each):
- file select (also: start pos, end pos, mode; bank change))
- clock input
- start pos CV (+/- 5V)
- end pos CV (+/- 5V)
outputs:
- L/R audio out (10VPP)
- e-o-f trigger output L/R (~ 8V)
